At VORTEX, each timepiece is carefully prepared and shipped with strict quality control.
Due to the nature of our products and international operations, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a resolution.

All requests are reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

  • Full refund (in approved cases)

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original packaging intact

Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
In some cases, a return may not be required and an alternative solution will be provided.


Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

We will always take full responsibility in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be successfully re-shipped

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Europe, Asia, and more.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days

  • Express Home Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or global logistics factors.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Manufacturing & Processing Time

Processing and manufacturing times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Material availability

  • Design adjustments

  • Manufacturing complexity

  • Global supply chain conditions

These delays do not qualify for refunds.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Orders held or abandoned due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Product Wear & Usage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage after delivery, including:

  • Scratches, tarnishing, fading, or discoloration

  • Damage from improper use, chemicals, water, or impact

  • Issues related to incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Proper care is the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.


Approval & Final Decision

All refund, replacement, and resolution requests are handled individually and are subject to approval at VORTEX’s sole discretion.
